This home got a whole new look by removing the kitchen pass through and the pantry. To further open up the space we also vaulted the ceiling. Once completed, we had space for a large island and expanded dining room. To enhance the contemporary look we added maple cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counter tops and a stack stone backsplash. Large tile throughout the kitchen and family room replaced the carpet. The family room fireplace is framed in polished travertine tile with a flat screen TV mounted above.

The old stairwell railing has been replaced with a custom maple and steel design which greets you as you enter. It’s open and bright and has more than met the client’s expectations.
